Accuracy & Formula

All calculations use the standard EMI formula used by Indian banks and RBI-regulated NBFCs:

EMI = [P × R × (1+R)^N] / [(1+R)^N – 1]

P = Principal · R = Monthly rate (annual ÷ 12 ÷ 100) · N = Tenure in months

Results are accurate for fixed-rate loans. For floating-rate loans, actual EMIs may change as rates adjust.
